Thank you so much for your courteous and prompt service. I was stranded in Excelsior Springs on Sunday before Labor Day needing an early morning ride to KC Int’l to catch a flight back to California. I called around 6:40 am and they said it’d take about 40 minutes to arrive at the hotel. The texted me 10 minutes before arriving and arrived on time. I was pleased to have a very friendly and professional driver who talked with me during the ride. He really made me feel comfortable because I was apprehensive about Uber but they wouldn’t service the area where I was and I’m so glad they didn’t. I highly recommend Liberty Taxi. Machi was my cab driver. He was prompt and courteous and I feel he went out of his way to get me to where I needed to go and bring me back we'll after midnight. While on the phone with him I heard several people ask him for a ride and he said "no, I am with a customer," when it would have been easy for him to just leave me and take those others. I first used this service when I was in town on business back in 2009. They pick me up at the airport on time and took me to my hotel. The driver seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely courteous. I used them while I was in town on that trip and was impressed. I now make the trip to Kansas City once or twice a year and have always been treated right by these people. Before my first trip I was apprehensive because I had not been to Kansas City and had not used the taxi services period after exploring online all the companies available for my use I made the right choice. The cost of the service is low in comparison to the other companies I checked on. I will continue to use this taxi service and recommended it 2NE1 traveling to Kansas City.

I Didn't have a ride home from work one day so I called Local Budget Cab , spoke with a very polite driver , he gave me an honest quote & an accurate time of arrival . Taxi showed within 10-15 minutes of calling witch was the exact estimated time quoted to me over the phone. The Driver & I had a wonderful conversation & before I knew it , I was home in no time. I had called another taxi service prior to Local Budget Cab & the gentleman gave me a higher quote & told me it would be about 45 mins , then hung up on me... I needed a cab in independence to take my kids to school few miles away. Called many cabs no one would come for short distance in icy roads, Budget showed up in 10 minutes. He even stop at smoke shop. Even though I held him up for 30 minutes, he charged me only $20 which is cheaper than anyone. the other cabs companies charge $70 an hour for waiting time.
